DELIVERY AND FREIGHT

The goods are delivered by DHL.
Minimum order for Sweden: 2000 SEK
Minimum order for Europe/EU: € 400
Minimum order for Great Britain: £ 300
Minimum order for Denmark & Norway: 4000 DKK / NOK
Freight cost for all orders is 5% of the invoice amount.
Customs tariff is always added to the freight cost for countries outside the EU.
For countries outside the European Community, check with the head office for the freight and custom costs.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Do not pay after receiving the order confirmation, only when we send the Proforma Invoice.
The Proforma Invoice will be held for 2 weeks after being sent to the client. After that we will cancel the order.
We also accept payment by credit card. Contact the Head Office for more information.
We will NOT accept payment by check. They will be returned to sender.

BACKORDERS:

If our suppliers cannot deliver in time, we can not be held responsible for late deliveries.
5% freight cost will be added to all backorders over €100 / £75 / 1000 DKK / 1000 NOK
Backorder under 500 SEK / €100 / £75 / 1000 DKK / 1000 NOK will not be delivered.

RECLAMATIONS:

Reclamations must be made within 8 days after the arrival of your goods.
Reclamation for goods damaged in transport should be done to the transport company.

DISCOUNT

5% discount will be given on products that will be bought in bigger quantities. For most of our articles it's 4 times the packages.
